JEE Main 2021
The Joint Entrance Examination is conducted in 2 stages. The JEE Main is the examination that the candidates must clear to join reputed colleges in the country and it is also the first step to be eligible for JEE Advanced. The Jee main 2021 is conducted in four sessions. The examination is conducted in multiple sessions to provide an opportunity for the candidate to do better in the second attempt without waiting for one year. The fourth session of JEE Main 2021 will be conducted by the end of August and for a few days in the first week of September.
JEE Main Application Form
The application form for all four sessions of JEE Main is released online on the official website of the National Testing Agency. The candidates must fill in the details in the registration form and later fill the JEE Main Application form. The application form must be filled carefully, without making mistakes. The details that must be filled in the form are the name of the candidate, mobile number, category, etc. Few documents like the class 12 mark list, birth certificate, signature, photographs have to be scanned and uploaded. The candidates will be allowed to submit only one application form, filling more than one form will be considered as malpractice and the application form of the candidate will be rejected immediately.
The important dates such as the application form availability, examination dates, results, etc will be announced on the official website by the concerned authorities. The candidates can choose to apply for just one session or multiple sessions and pay the examination fee accordingly. The application fees once paid will not be refunded. The application fee can be paid online after submitting the application form.
JEE Main Admit Card
The JEE Main Admit Card will be released a few days after submitting the application form. The candidates can download the JEE Main Admit Card online from the official website. In order to download the admit card, the candidates must fill in details like the application number, date of birth and security pin. After the details are filled in, the admit card for the particular session will be displayed on the screen. The students can download the form and keep it carefully since it is mandatory to carry the admit card to the examination hall on the day of the examination. The candidates must take an ID proof along with the admit card. After taking the printout, the candidates must check thoroughly if all the details on the admit card are correct. The admit card includes the applicant’s name, date of birth, application number, roll number, father’s name, photograph, examination center code, examination timing details, text city, etc. The admit card will also have all the instructions that must be followed on the day of the examination. The candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic devices to the examination hall. They will be allowed to take a ballpoint pen to mark the answers.
